How It Works
- Submit Initial Details
Complete a short intake form below with basic company and contact information. - Secure Document Upload
Upload the required company documents via our encrypted upload portal. All files are reviewed by our compliance team. - Agreement to Terms
Confirm acceptance of our Terms of Use, including those of our regulated partner, CurrencyCloud, via secure checkbox acknowledgment. - Verification and Review
Our team verifies all information and performs the necessary compliance checks. We’ll reach out if any clarification or additional information is required. - Account Activation
Once approved, your account is activated and ready to use for sending, receiving and converting payments globally.
Required Documents
Please have the following documents ready before submitting:
• Certificate of Incorporation (or local equivalent)
• Proof of Registered Office Address (e.g. bank statement dated within 3 months)
• Memorandum & Articles of Association (or equivalent governing document)
• Register of Directors
• Register of Shareholders
• Proof of Identity for all UBOs (e.g. passport or national ID)
• Proof of Address for all UBOs (e.g. utility bill dated within 3 months)
• Proof of Business Activity (e.g. website, contracts, invoices or business plan)
Additional documents may be requested based on jurisdiction or risk level.
